You will need to crop and adjust color, brightness and contrast along with many other adjustments to give it that professional look. I, also, like to enhance the color just a bit depending on the natural light that day. For example, on a cloudy day, your color may look a little grayed out as in the photo to the left.

Then with a little brightness and color enhancement adjustments, it looks 100% better in the photo on the right.

Again, if you can do the job in good lighting, it will make your post-production editing a whole lot easier. The bottom line here is that you take a lot of photos.
Sometimes, the realtor will want text added to certain shots, especially at the beginning of a video. Here is your opportunity to get some free advertising by adding your logo.

There will be times that you are shooting large acreage tracts without any distinguishable landmarks, so, labeling is necessary.
There are many brands of photo editing. Photoshop is a favorite. There are also many video editing programs. I use Sony Vegas but there are better ones out there.
